What’s included

A complete clean, inside and out.

Interior and exterior glass

French panes, divided lights and sliding glass doors are included in the agreed scope.

Sills, tracks and screens

Included with a full in-and-out clean. Let me know if any frames or sills have heavy buildup.

Paint specks and debris

I assess the glass first. Scrapers are used only when they are safe for that glass.

Hard-water marks

Assessment only. Results depend on how deeply the glass is etched, so removal is not promised.

How I clean windows

Right tool for each pane.

I use a side-pull squeegee technique with professional squeegees in several sizes, scrubbers and microfiber cloths. I work the edges and corners, then detail the sills to catch drips.

For suitable upper-story exterior windows, I use a water-fed pole and pure-water system. That avoids leaning a ladder against siding where it isn’t needed.

A clear quote, before the work

Send photos or tell me about the house.

Price depends on the number of windows, access, glass type, condition and any add-ons. Text photos to Silas or use the quote form. I’ll review the details, give you a price, and then we can set a day.

Seattle and West Seattle. Small storefronts, apartment buildings and condos are also considered for recurring work.
